What printer can I use to print receipts?

The WorldPay Zinc app is compatible with any Apple Airprint device if you are using an iPhone or iPad. If you are using the WorldPay Zinc app on an Android device it is compatible with the Bixolon SPP-R200 bluetooth printer.

I haven’t received my Terminal ID

It may take up to five working days to assess your application. Then we’ll email you to let you know if it’s been approved and send you your Chip & PIN keypad, if you haven’t already purchased one. If it has, the email will give you all the details you need to get started. If you don’t seem to have had an email within five working days of applying, check that it hasn’t gone into your spam or junk folder. I’ve lost my Terminal ID
