As a hairdresser operating out of her home, Rachel’s main priority is to keep clients happy, maintain a good working schedule and ultimately keep customers returning.

Rachel has been running her own business since September 2009 but before she signed up to WorldPay Zinc, she had never taken card payments. Customers often had to divert to a cash point en route to her appointment which was not only an inconvenience, but also meant customers only had the money they needed to pay for the particular service they booked in for.
